Anthony Joshua vs Carlos Takam- Fight Undercard, Start Time and Prediction for World Heavyweight Title

Anthony Joshua returns to the ring for his IBF title defence against Carlos Takam. The two boxers confirmed the fight on Tuesday September 5, with the bout to take place in Cardiff. Joshua was originally due to fight Kubrat Pulev, but the Bulgarian pulled out with a shoulder injury.

As revealed by Standard Sport, this could be Joshua’s fight UK-based fight for over a year should he be victorious, as he looks to break the US market and even harbours dreams of fighting in Africa.

When is the fight?

Date: Saturday October 28 at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff.

Start time: Still to be confirmed, but the main event is expected to be start approximately 10pm.

Tickets go on sale to Matchroom Fight Pass members at midday on Monday September 11 via www.stubhub.co.uk, and go on general sale at midday on Tuesday September 12.
